Simon earned his first Michelin Star at Inverlochy Castle, and has built on this enviable foundation since at Mallory Court by retaining a Michelin Star here for 10 years running (2002-2012).
Over the years Simon has maintained his position at the forefront of the Midlands culinary scene and his constant quest for exciting combinations, innovative techniques, delicious honest Warwickshire ingredients and impeccable presentation have been recognised with a host of awards and a loyal fanbase of regular diners.
