Join us on Saturday 16th May for a memorable day of learning, tasting and discovery in the beautiful surroundings of the Mallory Court estate.
Begin your visit with tea or coffee on arrival, followed by a guided honey tasting where you will sample a selection of delicious honeys while learning about their flavours, origins and the craft behind each variety.
You will then step outdoors to visit our resident bee hives for a hands-on beekeeping experience. With guidance from our expert host, you will learn more about these remarkable pollinators, their essential role in the ecosystem and how honey is produced. Protective bee suits and gloves will be provided so you can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.
Following your time with the bees, return to the house for a glass of fizz before sitting down to enjoy a honey-inspired two-course lunch in The Warwick. Created by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Stu Deeley, the menu celebrates seasonal ingredients and the natural sweetness of honey.
