A delectable Asian-inspired influence

Our Executive Chef, Keiron Stevens, has worked in a three-Michelin starred Korean restaurant, and is looking forward to presenting a flavoursome menu inspired by classic dishes from China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.

What can I expect on the menu?

With more than 20 items available, this new place to eat in Warwickshire is set to impress. From sticky Korean wings, to Chinese Bao buns, teriyaki beef and blackened cod, this menu will take your taste buds on a journey around East Asia, all from the comfort of our luxurious hotel and dining room.

The new menu also provides us with a great opportunity to incorporate produce that has been grown in our kitchen garden, and we can’t wait for you to try these light and flavoursome bites.

What does Sencha mean?

Sencha is a type of Japanese ryokucha (green tea) which is prepared by infusing the processed whole tea leaves in hot water. Visitors will have the chance to enjoy Sencha green tea during their dining experience with us, alongside a range of other Japanese beverages that are rich and calming.

Sencha is also the Japanese term for ‘infusion’, which is what this unique experience aims to provide through strong dish flavours, a calming ambience and a new-look menu.
