Our Elan Spa has been awarded a five-bubble rating from the Good Spa Guide – a status we have achieved in every review since opening eight years ago.

The Good Spa Guide is created by a team of spa experts who assess cleanliness and tidiness, customer service, standard of facilities, and treatments across a 20-page audit to create an in-depth review.

Our spa is one of just three spas in Coventry and Warwickshire to have this status, with reviewers praising our delicious food, attentive staff and “thoughtful extra touches” which helped us to stand out from the crowd.

Spa experts say our “quintessentially English country-house spa offers luxury, pampering, wellness and charm in one beautiful package”, ideal for romantic breaks, nature lovers and “anyone needing some TLC”.

It comes after the launch of our new Signature spa day, which includes a welcome smoothie, a choice of three rituals, post-treatment herbal tea, two hour’s use of its facilities, a two-course light lunch at Sencha, a glass of fizz and a departure gift.
