Set within the elegant surroundings of Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, a historic Warwickshire retreat framed by beautiful gardens and rolling countryside, the evening offers a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes with a producer whose heritage spans generations.

The Hayman family have been making gin in London for 5 generations and still use their 160-year-old family recipes in every bottle which are enjoyed all over the world. Hosted by Alexa Farrow, Hayman’s Brand Ambassador, this very special gin experience will provide an engaging and interactive introduction to Hayman’s botanicals as well as a chance to explore their flavours and aromas. Following this, there will be a tutored tasting of three of Hayman’s award-winning gins and an opportunity to discover how to pair your favourite gin with its perfect garnish.

The evening will conclude with a four-course dinner showcasing the seasonal flavours and exceptional produce for which Mallory Court is renowned, creating a fitting finale to a night of craftsmanship, creativity and culinary excellence.
