Looking after your wellbeing has become more important than ever before during this time and to help you along the way, we have some great tips on how to do just that.
Reconnect… with loved ones on a Warwickshire walk
Summer is finally here and, with the current easing of restrictions, now is the perfect time to reconnect with family and friends with a hearty, socially distanced walk! Our Warwickshire countryside offers the perfect backdrop to discover new trails and for more inspiration, we particularly like Walking Britain’s Warwickshire Walks suggestions, which also come as a handy and printable PDF.
If you have a furry four-legged friend to take along, don’t forget to check out our blog called Our Top Three Scenic Walks in Warwickshire.
Enjoy… an outdoor afternoon tea picnic with friends
A delicious picnic is always a wonderful idea when the sun is shining but why not make your picnic even more elegant with an afternoon tea? Think dainty sandwiches, mini tartlets and bite-sized cakes and, with so many places offering afternoon tea to go, you can even order and collect yours already made up!
Or, how about an afternoon tea picnic in our grounds? At Mallory Court, all our afternoon teas can be taken as a picnic in our beautiful grounds as well as on the terrace overlooking our gardens. Freshly made daily, delight in plump scones topped with jam and cream, delicate sandwiches, homemade cakes and pastries, served alongside fine teas… To find out more and how to book, please take a look at our Afternoon Tea page.
Relax… with a spot of gardening
Did you know that caring for plants can do wonders for your wellbeing? As well as being a great way to get physical, simply interacting with plants and flowers can have a significant impact on your mood and mental health!
So, roll up your sleeves and dig deep… by the end of a few hours of planting and weeding you’ll not only have burnt a few calories, you will have a pretty garden and some well-earned time outdoors.
Escape… with a hotel break
Enjoy a rest and recuperation break right here at Mallory Court. Our recently launched wellbeing ethos spans all our Eden Hotel Collection with a primary focus on ensuring all our guests feel safe, secure and relaxed during their stay.

Reset… with a Mini Spa Day
The perfect way to relax and reset is with one of our mini spa days at our tranquil Elan Spa. So if you are ready for a relax and reset this month, why not rebalance your mind body and spirit by booking a mini spa day?
