We are proud to announce the official opening of The Warwick at Mallory Court Hotel & Spa—an exciting new chapter in the Eden Hotel Collection’s ongoing commitment to unforgettable hospitality and culinary excellence.

This refined yet approachable restaurant is led by award-winning chef Stu Deeley, whose return to Mallory Court marks a homecoming of personal significance. Having started his career in our very own kitchens, Stu brings with him an exciting new vision that blends classical technique with bold flavours and modern flair.

Set within the elegant grounds of our hotel in Leamington Spa, The Warwick offers an elevated dining experience inspired by the seasons and shaped by the fresh produce from Mallory Court’s own Kitchen Gardens. The menu celebrates the best of British ingredients with signature dishes such as Cornish crab with Isle of Wight tomatoes, Poussin with Jamón sauce, and a nostalgic Baked Alaska.

Guests can choose between a five-course Taste of the Season menu (£105) or a three-course option (£90), with every dish designed to reflect the artistry and warmth that define the Eden Hotel Collection.

The Warwick is now open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and lunch on Sundays.

As a proud member of the Eden Hotel Collection, Mallory Court continues to shine on the national stage—most recently named Large Hotel of the Year at the 2025 VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.
