The Warwick at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa is celebrating a successful first year following its relaunch, having welcomed nearly 800 more dinner guests than during the previous 12 months.

The intimate 40-cover restaurant was unveiled with a beautifully refreshed dining room and a new identity inspired by British tradition. This same sense of heritage can be found throughout the menus, which showcase seasonal British ingredients and produce grown within Mallory Court’s own kitchen gardens.

Under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Stu Deeley, The Warwick’s Signature Menu evolves with the seasons, allowing ingredients such as home-grown broad beans, fresh mint and sun-ripened tomatoes to take centre stage.

One dish has proved particularly popular with guests: the Baked Alaska. Different seasonal variations have appeared on the menu throughout the year, bringing a playful finishing touch to the dining experience.

“Relaunching a restaurant was a brave step for the whole team, as its success depends so much on the reputation it builds. We have all been overwhelmed by the wonderful response to The Warwick over the past year.

“Welcoming several nationally recognised chefs to dine with us has been a particular highlight, alongside The Warwick’s inclusion in the Michelin Guide earlier this year.

“We are incredibly fortunate to have our kitchen gardens here at Mallory Court. They allow our chefs to introduce seasonal twists throughout the Signature Menu, using ingredients grown just moments from the restaurant.”

The Warwick has also welcomed pupils from local schools, providing an opportunity to discover more about the journey from field to fork and explore the many different careers available within hospitality.

The Warwick is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday between 6.30pm and 9.15pm, and on Sundays from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.

Sunday Lunch is served from 1.00pm until 2.30pm.
