Now featured in the Michelin Guide, The Warwick marks a full-circle moment for Stu, a return to the place where his culinary career first flourished.
At The Warwick, the menu is shaped by the seasons and guided by Stuart’s intuitive respect for flavour. Many ingredients are grown in the hotel’s own kitchen gardens, from garden peas and mint to sun-ripened tomatoes.
The dishes are deeply personal - born from childhood memories, global inspiration, and a love for produce at its peak. The Warwick is open Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 9.15pm, and Sundays from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Sunday Lunch will be available from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.
