Meeting venue

With conferences and events permitted to take place once again from October, at Mallory Court we have been working hard to ensure our meeting venue is ready for you to return.

Wellbeing and safety is at the forefront of everything we do for you and our team. Along with the support of The AA and Visit Britain, we have now received accreditation from both parties who are officially recognised and show that we are following COVID-19 Guidelines.

To ensure you have a safe and successful event we have carefully followed Government regulations. For more information on how we’ve updated our conferencing policies at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa, we’ve answered a few queries to give you peace of mind for your next event.

How have your teams been trained?

Before returning to work, all our teams have been through specific e-learning courses related to the changes in work processes, including: Preparing to re-open; Cleaning & hygiene standards; Food hygiene standards; Social distancing and Well-being.

All employees of Mallory Court received a ‘Returning to Work – Covid-19’ induction programme, which provides them with access and contact to ongoing support.

We are providing regular updates to our teams to ensure they have the latest advice and we have increased the number of team briefings being held throughout the day.

The frequency of cleaning in all departments has also increased to ensure equipment and areas are sanitised appropriately.

Can I still book a showround of facilities?

Inline with government regulations, we’ve introduced procedures to ensure showrounds are conducted in a safe manner. When booking, one of our friendly team will go through the necessary procedures with you in advance.

What will a conference look like?

Meeting venue

With stylish surroundings, contemporary boardrooms with integrated presentation facilities, laid-back atmosphere and impeccable service so your event goes smoothly, Mallory Court Hotel & Spa is the perfect business and conference venue in the Midlands.

All of our fully-equipped meeting venue rooms will be set up for social distancing and arrival of delegates will be staggered.

We ask all delegates to please wear a face covering on arrival, when at reception or walking through the hotel. Once seated at your conference or event you will be able to remove the face covering.

You can still enjoy our delicious food and drink during a conference. Arrival drinks and afternoon refreshments will be served personally by our team, whilst lunch will be in a private area served for each delegate with an option to dine outside, weather permitting.

Your dedicated conference coordinator will also be in touch prior to your event to request details of all attending delegates.

What should we do if someone becomes ill?

Our senior team are familiar with COVID-19 outbreak management which clearly sets out the steps to go through should a situation arise. If you would like to see a copy please ask a member of the team.

You can also rest assured that everyday we carry out temperature checks on our team members and guests arriving on site with details taken for Track and Trace purposes.
