Meet Kate Cheer, Personal Trainer at Elan Spa. Dedicated to helping our members discover their ideal fitness, health and wellbeing, Kate is an experienced Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach that takes a personalised and whole-body approach to wellness and has proven experience in helping clients to succeed, be it weight loss, performance, health, fitness, 40+ wellness, and sports focused goals.
Delivering fitness training sessions, personalised nutritional advice and motivational wellness coaching, Kate helps Elan Spa members to get the most from their membership and successfully transform their health, fitness and overall wellbeing.
Kate offers a range of wellbeing and fitness services at Elan Spa including 1-2-1 Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, Weight Loss and Fitness Plans, Exercise Classes and Group Training sessions.
